With the assistance of 436th Aerial Port Squadron ramp operations personnel, Staff Sgt. Ryan Stanich, 137th Airlift Squadron C-17 loadmaster, Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, N.Y., marshals a vehicle backing up on the DOMOPS Airlift Modular Approach Shoring Jan. 11, 2019, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The vehicles belong to the Delaware National Guard's 31st Civil Support Team, Weapons of Mass Destruction headquartered in Smyrna, Del. The vehicles and team members were airlifted to Florida to support the Florida National Guard during a large-scale training exercise Jan. 14-18. The 31st CST maintains the capability to mitigate the consequences of any WMD or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical event, whether natural or man-made.
