Dover AFB, DE -- It was too good to miss, so for the first time ever the AMC Museum is going to repeat one of its "Hangar Flying" presentations. Pack up the kids and come out on Sunday January 17th at 2 pm for a FREE event. Listen as our featured speaker, Mr. Bill Ayrey of ILC Dover, reveals the fascinating story of how a little Delaware company became the world's leader in Spacesuit development. 12/23/2009 - AMC Museum receives former Dover Air Force Base tower cab
DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- The Air Mobility Command Museum is in the process of adding a new exhibit for kids of all ages to enjoy. The old Dover Air Force Base tower cab, the oldest operational stateside Air Force tower when deactivated last month, has been removed from its pedestal, where it has served the Base since its construction in 1955   Full Press Release
