Michelle Miller is the resource advisor for the 436th Medical Group. As a lead member of the resource management team, she manages a $10.8 million budget, advises the 436th MDG executive committee on financial matters, and manages the government purchase card and Defense Travel System programs. Miller has been instrumental in assisting the 436th MDG with funding for contracts and multiple renovation and improvement projects to include the $17.1 million interior renovation project. The project has greatly enhanced and improved patient satisfaction and access for the beneficiaries of Dover Air Force Base, Del. With her impressive attention to detail, vast experience, technical knowledge and dedication to the mission; Miller is a tremendous 'resource' to the men and women of the 436th MDG.
