Airman 1st Class Tiffany J. Tavares performs beyond expectations as the primary analyst for seven base budget programs totaling more than $1.8 million. She quickly became proficient in the Dover AFB Outstanding Orders program where she beat the Air Mobility Command metric goal of no more than five percent open travel orders more than 60 days old for the past nine months. In March, Dover AFB reached its all-time best rating of 0.4 percent for orders more than 60 days old out of 1,677 open travel orders. She completed her Career Development Courses within four months while achieving a respectable 82 percent score on her final exam. Furthermore, Tavares was recently recognized as the 436th CPTS Star Performer for her excellent work ethic. Tavares is at the top of her game and is well deserving of this recognition.
