Who inspires you?
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Joseph Stewart, because he takes care of his soldiers and supports what they want to do.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Close to retirement and hopefully an active-duty military policeman

Deeds is truthful, loyal and a solid performer. He got into this job right after we moved from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., and had a lot thrown at him; he adapted, simplified and improved the job. He wears many hats around here, including inspecting personal protection equipment to handling hazardous materials - both jobs save lives. He is quiet, but carries a big stick; he makes his presence known when it needs to be. Most NCOs look to him for leadership and advice. He is a major asset to JPED.

- Chief Warrant Officer 3 Joseph Stewart,
Supervisor
