Richard Kaiser, command chief master sergeant of Air Mobility Command, speaks to members of the 436th Maintenance Group July 17, 2012, at the Dover Air Force Base, Del., Isochronal Dock. During his one-day stop at Dover AFB, Kaiser conversed with Airmen throughout various base agencies. "The teamwork, camaraderie and can-do attitude displayed here is common throughout the Air Force. What is most noticeable, particularly at mobility bases, is the lack of 'me-ism.' By the nature of what we do as mobility Airmen, it is not a bunch of bravado, it is all in support of others. We answer the call of others so that they may prevail. When there is a call for something, somewhere in the world, you at Dover [AFB] deliver, so that [others] may prevail," said Kaiser.
