Team Dover senior leadership kicks off Sexual Assault Awareness Month by placing their campaign poster with a personal message on the graffiti wall March 31, 2017 at the Fitness Center on Dover Air Force Base, Del. Pictured left to right are Col. Randy Boswell, 436th Mission Support Group commander; Chief Master Sgt. Sarah Sparks, 436th Airlift Wing command chief; Col.
