DAFB helps RAF transport C-130 wings

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Staff Sgt. Ozvardo Taylor, 436th Aerial Port Squadron ramp services team chief, pulls a chain into position as Airman 1st Class Jonathon Brown, 436th APS ramp services specialist tightens it with wench.
