Drunk goggles, a way for people to see what it is like to be impaired, are used in the activities such as the tipsy tricycle and walk the line during the safety send off for Super Bowl weekend (DUI Prevention) at Patterson Dining Facility Jan. 30, 2013, at Dover Air Force Base, Del.
