DOVER AIR FORCE, Del. -- Level 2 Driving Restrictions in Effect:

As of 5 a.m. today, 29 Oct, Level 2 Driving Restrictions in effect for Delaware. Base officials have verified with Delaware State Police that any mission critical military or civilian personnel transiting to and from Dover AFB are authorized to do so. If stopped by DSP, inform them that you are mission essential for Dover AFB.
