The 436th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department hosted a "confined space rescue" training and exercise at the new million-gallon elevated water tank located in the civil engineer compound, Dover Air Force Base, Del., July 24. The Kent County Special Operations Team and Kent County Emergency Medical Services participated in the 4-hour long event consisting of two rescues; the first with a 180-pound mannequin and the second with volunteer, Tech Sgt.
