Friday the 13th proved to be an unlucky day for the Eagles as the Chiefs won the Chiefs vs. Eagles bowling tournament.

The tournament was two rounds of bowling with the four highest scores on each side being added together and then compared.

Col. Manson Morris, 436th Airlift Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. John Wood, 436th AW command chief, both started the tournament strong with a strike for their teams.

"It's good for morale to see leadership out here having a good time, and an even better thing to see the Chiefs put the beat down on the Eagles," said Chief Wood.

After two rounds of bowling, The Chiefs scored 1285 and the Eagles 1087.

"I had a good start coming out the gate, but the important thing is we all had a good time," said Chief Master Sgt. David Smith, 436th Maintenance Operation Squadron and high scorer for the Chiefs. "I look forward to doing this again."
