436th Security Forces Squadron welcomes new commander

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. --  Maj. Melissa Brown took command of the 436th Security Forces Squadron from Lt. Col. James Zirkel in a change of command ceremony June 28, 2011, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Brown was previously a student at the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kan. The ceremony was presided over by Col. Joan Garbutt, 436th Mission Support Group commander.
