The wheel of a go-cart narrowly avoids a cone on an obstacle course during Safety Day Jan 27, 2012, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The go-cart is designed to give drivers a sense of driving while intoxicated by reducing their reaction times. The obstacle course was set up as part of the annual Safety Day training activities.
