Cybersecurity Awareness Month is a Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and National Cyber Security Alliance co-led event that spans October. The goal of this national campaign is to ensure every American has the resources to stay safe and secure online. Its messaging highlights how NSA is scaling cyber defense, working with partners, and recruiting future cyber talent. BGen Lorna Mahlock, Deputy Director of Combat Support focuses on NSA being a combat support agency that provides secure communications and networks for our warfighters.
