April 24, 2019 | 8:26
The cadet wing at the Air Force Academy participated in Denim Day, recognized on April 24th each year as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This goes back to a court case in Italy back in 1992. Cadets have been actively working creating visual support by putting aside their uniforms and wearing t-shirts and jeans to show support for those who have been victims of sexual assault and victim shaming.
