PANAMA CITY, Florida - Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division hosted the 2017 Director's Cup at the Naval Support Activity Panama City Morale, Welfare and Recreation Marina March 10, 2017 in Panama City, Florida. The second annual event is intended to promote collaboration and innovation among scientists and engineers who respond to the competition's prescribed challenge.
