U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 4 Hershel “Woody” Williams (retired), the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the Pacific Theater during World War II, participates as the parade reviewing officer for Delta Company graduation at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego on October 20th 2017.
