Civil Air Patrol South Carolina Flood Survey
1st Combat Camera Squadron
Oct. 9, 2015 | 8:52
The Civil Air Patrol, the official auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force, conducts an aerial flood survey of Georgetown, SC and Andrews, SC on October 9, 2015. The historic flooding, which has caused damage, destruction and death throughout South Carolina, has been the result of record-setting rainfall during what has been considered a 1,000-year rain event delivered by Hurricane Joaquin as it went up the East Coast. (U.S. Air Force video by TSgt Micah Theurich / Released).
