Causeway Assembly at Big LOTS West
222nd Broadcast Operations Detachment

Members of the Army Reserve partnered with the Active component to participate in Exercise Big Logistics-Over-The-Shore West (Big LOTS West). The purpose of the mission was to assemble a roll-on/roll-off discharge facility, or causeway. The training included at the 461st Transportation Detachment from the Army Reserve whose main focus was to load and unload the pieces of the causeway. The overall goal of the mission focused on readiness and fluidity between the branches of services.
