The Kentucky National Guard's Attack Exercise through Education (AXE) Camp Instructors educated Soldiers in the five pillars of the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness program at the Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, Ky. in Sept. 2021. AXE Camp was developed to help all Soldiers and unit commanders in the five domains of H2F to include physical, mental, nutritional, sleep and spiritual readiness in accordance with FM 7-22 (U.S. Army video by Staff Sgt. Andrew Dickson).
