U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Terrell Watts, the commanding officer of Marine Air Control Squadron 4, Marine Aircraft Group 18, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, passes the squadron colors to Lt. Col. James Holderbaum, the incoming commanding officer of MACS-4, during a change of command ceremony on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, June 17, 2025. During the ceremony Lt. Col.
