Cyber Activation Ceremony

Col. Bryan Teff, commander 110th Attack Wing, Battle Creek, Mich., officially activated the new 272nd Cyber Operations Squadron during a ceremony at Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018. The activation follows approximately two years of development, training, and implementation following the Department of Defense's authorization for a fully-fledged Cyber Operations Squadron in Battle Creek. U.S. Senators Debbie Stabenow, Gary Peters, and Maj. Gen. Gregory Vadnais all spoke at the ceremony, which was attended by many other distinguished guests and Airman from across the Wing.
