FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (Oct. 3, 2024) - Retired Brigadier General Steven Allen officiated the promotion ceremony of Maj. Ashley H. Fair to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army during a ceremony held on the hospital’s front lawn today.
