SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (Nov. 29, 2022) Medical personnel, assigned to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), volunteers, and non-governmental organizations help patients at a medical site in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Nov. 29, 2022.
