Herculano Dennis, water treatment specialists in the 288th Quartermaster Company based in Victoria, Texas, fill up a 2,000 Gallon Tank Rack during exercise Guardian Response 18, at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Indiana, on April 13, 2018. The exercise is linked to Vibrant Response 18 and is the multi-component ARNORTH annual disaster response exercise is designed to validate nearly 5,200 military and government civilian personnel in the event of a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) disaster.
