Justin Lyndstrom, a ground intelligence officer, with 3rd Intelligence Battalion III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group (MIG), speaks about the Battlespace Surveillance Company Field Exercise (BSCFEX) on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 12, 2021. Both Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) and Ground Sensor Platoon Marines executed BSCFEX in order to evaluate Marines in annual infantry and METOC military occupational specialty standards to ensure they maintain proficiency while forward-deployed in the Indo-Pacific region.
