U.S. Coast Guard crews in interceptor boats from the Coast Guard Cutter Harriet Lane close in on a semi-submersible suspected smuggling vessel in international waters of the Eastern Pacific Ocean Oct. 23, 2019. Some 5,000 pounds of cocaine were discovered aboard the semi-submersible and four suspected smugglers were detained. (Coast Guard video)
