The 86th Airlift Wing's 37th Airlift Squadron conducted low-level and formation flying training as part of the 74th Anniversary of Operation Overlord, commonly known as "D-Day." In this video, 2 C-130J Super Hercules pilots prepare to begin operations/take-off from an airport in Cherbourg, France. Video includes: C-130 exterior shot, cockpit footage, take-off from airfield, low-approach over airfield runway.
