William Taylor, Director of Operations of the United Nations Command, ROK/U.S. Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea, address and interact with service members from the U.S. and Republic of Korea during Backbone University 2025 at Camp Humphreys, South Korea, Feb. 4-6, 2025.
