Dale, from Albuquerque, N.M., is with the Santa Fe detachment of the 284th Engineer Company (961st Engineer Battalion), from Seagoville, Texas, under command of 420th Engineer Brigade, Bryan, Texas, and the 416th Theater Engineer Command in Marion, Illinois.

The Beyond the Horizon Panama mission for 2013 is designed to foster goodwill and build greater relations between the U.S. and the government of Panama. Better governmental relations help both nations respond to the challenges facing our partnerships in the Caribbean and the Americas.
