28th ECAB Deployment Ceremony

28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade

U.S. Soldiers with the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade are honored in a virtual ceremony as they prepare to deploy to the Middle East. Scheduled in-person ceremonies were canceled due to COVID-19 but the 28th ECAB command team wanted to ensure Soldiers and families heard these messages of support.

Remarks are given by the 28th ECAB commander, Col. Howard Lloyd. He is joined by Brig. Gen. Mark McCormack, 28th Infantry Division commander, Command Sgt. Maj. Harry Buchanan, senior enlisted advisor for the Pennsylvania National Guard, Maj. Gen. Anthony Carrelli, adjutant general for Pennsylvania and Gov. Tom Wolf, governor of Pennsylvania.
