Fort Carson is routinely recognized as one of the best places to serve in the Army. I was tasked with producing a video that would bolster civilian recruitment efforts and entice job seekers to our garrison. As a Colorado native, veteran and 10th Mountain Div. descendant, I visited familiar locations in the collegiate mountain range of the continental divide to capture scenery that supports the script. This video began as an LOE on a piece of paper to promote Fort Carson civilian recruitment efforts on USAJOBS. It has gained significant traction on social media and was screened during an senior Army leadership conferences elsewhere. Fort Carson is "The Best Hometown in The Army."
