Members of U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa and the 406th Air Expeditionary Wing team up with volunteers from Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa to provide vaccinations and medical care to animals in Ali Oune, Djibouti, Jan 31, 2024. The event was part of an ongoing Herd Health Vaccination Engagement project designed to protect Djiboutian livestock against a deadly plague.
