U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsmen assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force demonstrate the proper method to organize a med bag using the MARCH (massive hemorrhage, airway, respiratory, circulatory and “head to toe” or hypothermia) method for the express purpose of treating shock, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 5, 2020.
