There are a few ranks in the Navy that are a rarity. Some have never even heard of them. Staff Sergeant Jonathan Guzman talks with someone that has gained one of the most elusive ranks in the Navy. The Navy has closed the position of Warrant officer for the supply core and so Endenhofer will be the only and last CWO5.
