Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency service members and civilians host a Blessing and Dedication Ceremony for the Senator Daniel K. Inouye Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Center for Excellence at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii July 27, 2015. The facility will house the DPAA Laboratory, the only forensic skeletal identification laboratory accredited by American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors-Laboratory Accreditation Board. DPAA employs a world-class workforce to fulfill our nation’s promise to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
