The Iwakuni and Oshima Agricultural Associations along with a local Iwakuni official presented mikan, or mandarin oranges, to Matthew C. Perry and Iwakuni Elementary School students during the 10th annual mikan presentation on Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Dec. 13, 2019.
