As a service member in the United States military, when we have an issue with finance, promotions or medical care, it’s fairly simple for us to go to our base or post and get those issues resolved. But if you’re the only American service member on a foreign installation, this can be a lot harder. Airman First Class Valerie Lloyd shows us how the Military Exchange Office on Ramstein Air Base handles all of these concerns for Officers and NCO’s all over the world.
