On 28 January 2011 an Engineering Civil Affair Project (ENCAP) is held at Ruam Thai Charoen Kindergarten in Ruam Thai Charoen Village, Pob Phra District, Tak Province, Kingdom of Thailand by United States Navy Seabees from Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 11 and engineers from the Royal Thai Military Mobile Development Unit 34 in support of Operation Cobra Gold 2011. The ENCAP is used to provide new structures to schools and communities for the benefit of the Thai people. Cobra Gold 2011 provides unique and dynamic training opportunities for participating military partners, while also promoting relationship-building between militaries and local communities.
