Marine Tanks, Equipment Travel to Bulgaria

Marines moved, from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, over the Atlantic Ocean to the port of Bremerhaven, Germany, 480 tons of armored vehicles and equipment to be sent to Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria, for the Combined Arms Company, a supplement of the Black Sea Rotational Force that will reassure NATO Allies and partners by providing access to enhanced capabilities during military exercises in the region. The Combined Arms Company equipment included; M1A1 Abrams battle tanks, armored assault vehicles, artillery equipment, logistics vehicles.
