Man Over Board - Radio
Joint Base Charleston
Nov. 22, 2016 | 2:16
Coast Guardsmen at Sector Charleston must be prepared for amphibious and water emergencies at all time, which makes training for these scenarios vital for mission success. In man-over-board situations, the crew has only minutes to rescue personnel before cold water and dangerous weather conditions can cause serious injury or worse. This training shows how capable the Coast Guard is at responding to these life-threatening situations, even in bad weather conditions. (U.S. Air Force video/Staff Sergeant Brian Gratz).
