The Defense Department unveiled two new initiatives designed to further enhance cybersecurity -- the DoD Vulnerability Disclosure Program and “Hack the Army.” The programs provide a legal avenue for security researchers to find and disclose vulnerabilities in DoD and Army public-facing systems.
