The 14th International Submarine Races (ISR) is a biennial design competition for human powered underwater vehicles, held at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division. The ISR is a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) event created to encourage student participation in the ocean and marine engineering fields.
