Coast Guard Cutter Coho crew members rescue three crew members from a life raft after their fishing vessel, Master D, caught fire east of Port Isabel, Texas, Aug. 30 2018. Eighth Coast Guard District watchstanders in New Orleans received an emergency position indicating radio beacon alert from the fishing vessel Master D, which provided an approximate location of the vessel.
