Lt. Gen. Steve Kwast, Air Education and Training Command commander, challenged technical training organizations to teach Airmen how to do their job in context of the mission, that is, how to not only fly a T-6A Texan II, but how to deploy that weapon system within the role of the Air Force. The 365th Training Squadron provides an example of how that was done with one unique Airman attending its electronic warfare course.
