U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion (CA BN) and Bravo Company, 404th CA BN (Airborne), deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, participate in an English discussion group (EDG) with young Djiboutians in Obock, Djibouti, Feb. 15, 2019.
