Hanlon, Dartmouth College president, provides insight on how higher education leaders can overcome sexual assault and harassment at their schools during the National Discussion on Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment at America's Colleges, Universities and Service Academies, hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md., April 5, 2019. The two-day event is intended as a collaborative forum to develop partnerships, share best practices and leverage research to create safe and healthy learning environments free of sexual assault and harassment.
