Sustaining Operation Killer
Army University Press
May 22, 2020 | 13:41
This short documentary film discusses Operation Killer (1951), the second major counter offensive launched by the United Nations Command forces during the Korean War.
Large-scale combat operations rely heavily upon available technology to meet the logistical demands of decisive action. Through a consideration of sustainment operations during Operation Killer, we can study how leaders organized their sources of supply to overcome the obstacles of weather, terrain, and a dedicated enemy.
