Vacherie, Louisiana resident Warren Colemen Jr talks about his blue roof installation on Oct. 13. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors installed Blue Roofs on homes damaged by Hurricane Ida in St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. More than 30,000 temporary Blue Roofs have been installed with contractors averaging more than 1000 roof installs per day, weather permitting.
